Dissemination activity in Montenegro

As part of the International Staff Exchange Week, which is jointly organized by the University of Montenegro and two universities from Spain – the University of Cadiz and the University of Haen, a day was held to present the newly established Office for Projects of the University of Montenegro, as well as certain current Erasmus+ projects, research needs and interests. of all involved.

Vice-Rector for Internationalization of the University of Montenegro, Prof. Dr. Sanja Peković presented the structure and position of the University of Montenegro in the higher education system of Montenegro, and the goals of further growth and positioning, while the Office for Projects of UCG was presented by the head of the Office, Dr. Srna Sudar. The research needs and interests of Montenegro and the University itself were presented by an associate in the Office, Filip Petrović, MA, which gave the management and other representatives of the faculties of the University of Cadiz and the University of Haen a basis and framework to present their research, educational programs and the potential for international cooperation of Montenegrin and Spanish universities.

In order to approach topics important for further strengthening of the educational system at the University of Montenegro, its further development, as well as positioning in the international higher education and research area, several important Erasmus+ projects from various fields were presented in more detail at the meeting. Among them are the projects Development of Regional Joint Master Program in Maritime Environmental Protection and Management/MEP&&M, Strengthening capacities for the implementation of dual education in Montenegro Higher Education/DualMon, Sustainable University – Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability/SUCCESS, and Reforming doctoral studies in Montenegro and Albania – good practice paradigm/MARDS and Integrated Learning for Peace
